Confirm with your airline before travel. Provide the exact cart model, folded dimensions, battery labels and watt-hour ratings. Battery rules and oversized-baggage restrictions depend on the airline and route; do not assume that acceptance of the cart also means acceptance of its batteries.
Unused carts can be returned within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fee. You cover return shipping for a change-of-mind return; Luxel covers it for transit damage or a manufacturing defect. Email support@luxel.us with your order number for return instructions.
The published return policy covers the cart’s frame and structure for 12 months against manufacturing defects. Battery coverage is model-specific; check the warranty listed on your product page and the full warranty terms.
